Improving communication and a gaining a deeper understanding of each other is at the centerpiece of AJ's couples work, as well as a focus on increasing intimacy and connection. Sometimes there is more than meets the eye and couples therapy with AJ can help with connecting the dots.

Many men prefer to work with a male identifying therapist like AJ, especially around sensitive issues that might be more difficult to address with a female therapist. Issues surrounding loss of direction, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and LGBT+ themes are areas of focus for AJ.
